New Deposit Policy
As of August 1st 2022, all clients, new and existing , will be required to pay a deposit of $25 an hour for all appointments. Please note that because all clients will require different timings for services, our staff will determine the length of time needed for your appointment.

*services such as hair cuts or facial waxing that take less than an hour will not require a deposit, with the exception of body waxing, that will require a $25 deposit*
All deposits made will be applied to your total on the day of your service.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not give us enough time, we reserve the right to charge you a NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation fee of $15 an hour, leaving the balance of your deposit on your account for future use. If you choose to NO SHOW NO CALL on the day of your appointment, you will lose the entirety of your deposit.

Hair Extensions (Cinderella Extensions)
All extension appointments require a scheduled consultation to determine specific details of your next visit. If you are purchasing Cinderella extensions through us, payment is required at the time of ordering. Please note that extensions need to be purchased and ordered through us at least two weeks prior to your installation appointment.
